Does exactly what it says on the tin. I bouth several other chargers by other popular brands but this was by far the most versatile and effective one.

Some improvements, which I have already suggested to the manufacturer:

1. The charger doesn't have any rubber feet on the bottom or any kind of stand-offs which is odd but I can add those myself. The important thing is that the charger works well.

2. Definitely use tougher plastics. I really like the plastics XTAR chargers use, similar to old ThinkPad laptop plastic. The All-88 uses a very scratch-prone plastic that really can't take a beating. In fact, out of the box the product already had some small scuffs and scratches on the back and sides (but I can live with that, but it'd be better if the product would have arrived in perfect condition).

3. Do not conceal any screws under the label on the back of the unit, to facilitate servicing. There is one screw there which means the label on the back must be removed (hence damanged) in order to disassemble the product for cleaning or whatever.

4. Make the spring-loaded contacts just a tiny bit taller to make them easier to grab, especially for users with chunky fingers. This would make removing the batteries easier even when the charger is fully populated.

5. The diamond shape of the buttons is silly and pointless. Rectangular buttons for the win. Furthermore, slot selection buttons 5, 6 and 7 were slighlty sunken into the unit for no apparent reason. I was considering returning the product but eventually, after a bit of back and forth with NKON support, we agreed on a 20% discount and I kept it.

Lastly, NKON's customer service, both pre- and post-sales, has been excellent. They answered all of my emails quickly and were very accommodating in finding a solution to the buttons problem. These guys are a serious company and I can recommend them without reservations. 10/10 (Publicado en 17/02/22)
