Growatt AURA 5000 - 5.024kWh - Home Battery

The Growatt AURA 5000 is a smart AC-coupled home battery system with a 5,024Wh LiFePO4 battery capacity, designed for households that want to maximize the benefits of their solar panels. Thanks to the SM-WLS01 P1 energy meter, the system can monitor real-time household energy consumption and automatically charge or discharge the battery based on excess solar generation, household demand, and, where applicable, dynamic electricity tariffs.

The AURA 5000 is suitable for existing solar installations because it operates as an AC-coupled system, making it independent of any specific inverter brand. Growatt refers to this as “100% inverter compatibility” in AC-coupled applications.
